THE ONGOING DRAMA OF KIM AND KANYE

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West divorced last year, and Kanye is still fighting to get Kim back. On December 22, 2020, Kim Kardashian posted a photo of herself on vacation in Lake Tahoe. It came to the attention of many fans that she was not  wearing her engagement ring for the first time in that picture. In early January of 2021, rumors spread about the potential divorce of Kim and Kanye. However, at this time the couple had still been on good terms. Both wanted to work on themselves. In February of 2021, Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from her husband, Kanye West. 

Not shy of a month after the “divorce rumors” were proven to be true, Kim posted a photo of Kanye’s old closet, which had been refilled with clothing from Kim’s brand, Skims. Kanye had officially moved out, and no longer lived with Kim. Fans couldn’t help but notice that the couple didn’t spend Valentine's Day together last year. Both Kim and Kanye have said that they just wanted what was best for their kids. 

While Kim had been thriving, focusing on herself, and planning on “eating well, working out, having more fun, spending more time with her kids and the people who make her happy,” Kanye had been taking the divorce very poorly. He was anxious and sad all the time. He hated the fact that he had lost Kim and that their marriage ceased to exist. In October 2021, Kris Jenner posted a photo of Kim and Pete Davidson holding hands on a roller coaster together. It goes without saying that fans and even non-fans went wild from this photo. This had sparked the idea that the two had been dating. And once again, the rumors were proved true in November 2021, when Kim spent Pete Davidson’s twenty-eighth birthday with him. 

It should be noted that Kanye absolutely resents the fact that Kim is dating Pete, and he is very envious of their current relationship. Despite the thirteen year age gap, (Kim is 41, and Pete is 28), they are very happy with each other. Pete has been spending heaps of time with Kim, and he was “considering investing in some West Coast real estate.” 

Although Kanye has been posting about how he misses Kim, and about how he wants her back, he has apparently moved on, seeing that he is now with Julia Fox. Supposedly, they have been getting pretty serious. Sources say he treats her very well, and what they have is organic and exciting. 

Recently, Kanye had seen that his daughter, North, had been posted on TikTok without his permission. He was truly enraged by this. His posts on Instagram about this said, “SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST DIVORCE I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO ABOUT MY DAUGHTER BEING PUT ON TIKTOK AGAINST MY WILL?” Kanye was clearly very upset by this, and he had every reason to be. However, he and his entire family are famous, and all his children have been posted on every social media platform prior to this, so why after seeing a TikTok of his daughter did he get so upset? Fans wonder if his reaction was less about his anger over his daughter being posted on TikTok, but rather more about his desire to gain Kim’s attention.
